Interactive applications allow you to influence the results of the underlying algorithms with your own inputs. In doing so, you create a non-repeatable unique piece in each case! You start the program by clicking on the green flag.The application is always on hold (indicated by a pulsating white dot), so you can start at any time. You then can set coloured points with the mouse.
Drag the mouse over the painting area while holding down the left button. Large coloured dots are then placed. The dots then move randomly on their own and leave behind further smaller dots as a trace and finally disappear completely. You can interrupt the painting process at any time by moving the mouse without holding down the key and continue the painting process elsewhere. If you do not set any new dots, the process comes to a standstill after some time and you have a static picture.
You can influence the result as follows:
- Press the green flag to start or to restart the program.
- With the numbers 1 to 9, the background colour is determined and a corresponding colour palette is selected for the dots (black, pink, red, orange, brown, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, violet).
- Pressing the h key hides the pulsating dot – you can then make a screenshot of your unique piece.
- Pressing the s key shows the pulsating dot again.
Diese Installation konnte an einem großen interaktiven Tisch genutzt werden. Das Exponat erlaubte mit dem Finger farbige Punkte zu setzen. Hier starten Sie das Programm durch Mausklick auf die grüne Fahne. Das Programm ist dann ständig in „Wartestellung“ (angezeigt durch einen pulsierenden Punkt). Sie können also jederzeit anfangen. Bewegen Sie nun die Maus mit gedrückter Taste über den Tisch. Es werden dann große, farbige Punkte gesetzt. Die Punkte bewegen sich danach selbständig zufällig weiter und hinterlassen Abdrücke der Punkte als Spur. Die Punkte werden dabei immer kleiner und verschwinden schließlich ganz.
Sie können den Malvorgang jederzeit unterbrechen und an anderer Stelle fortsetzen. Wenn Sie keine neuen Punkte setzen, kommt der Prozess nach einiger Zeit zum Stillstand und Sie haben ein statisches Bild. Sie können das Malen aber jederzeit wieder fortsetzen.
